Countless organizations have made significant investments in video conferencing and collaboration tools. Unfortunately, these companies are not realizing the true value of the investment as the technology is underutilized. The issues and challenges are felt in all levels of the organization; End users are uneducated on how and what the tools can do, the video experience is poor and cumbersome, and to compound issues, IT doesn’t know how to provide support. igniteCSG labels this "usage and adoption".
Our goal is to enable our customers to concentrate on the meetings and not the technology. We accomplish our goal with specific customer engagements once the environment is understood.
Administrative Training
- IT needs the ability to support the video and collaboration environment or have a partner who is willing and able to answer their specific questions. We provide one-on-one training to IT groups about how to manage and support their environments.
End User Training
- We offer comprehensive training plans including on-site individual and group training. Our training is supported by training materials—well educated users have less support issues and drive adoption of the technology by other users.
Optimization
- When the video conferencing system is not installed properly or there are challenges with the operation of the equipment, such as getting video calls started, we feel there may be an opportunity to improve the experience.
